Bangalore is the IT capital so most of the students prefer computer Science as the 1st priority, but seeing There teaching methodology you can take any branch as per your interest and you will be in safe hands. R. V. College of Engineering was set up in the year 1963 spread over 51.4 acres on the banks of the Vrishabhavati River in Bangalore. The fees that you are quoting is for a full course of four years in the college. Of course if you are planning to stay in the college hostel you may have to pay extra for this facility. The website of this college gives out plenty of useful information in detail and I suggest you go to that website and different web pages to know complete thing about this college. Best wishes to you.

Private colleges are allowed to induct students against what is called as management quota for supposedly recovering fees or to give admission to their known students. Of course all the students have to clear eligibility criteria.
Fees for these students are not known publicly and is invariably negotiated. Those who are good in bargaining end up paying less fees than others. You need to contact administration of the college for admission against this quota.
Best wishes to you.
