It is quite impossible to get seat there if you are from general category. Infact if yo are from reservation category then also there is very little chance of getting seat there at your rank in any branch.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. You can not get direct admission in b tech. BIT Mesra B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Arch Selection Criteria:
The selection at the BIT Mesra is solely based on the candidates JEE Main cutoff and the marks obtained in the class 10th and 12th. Counseling for the seats is done as per the JoSAA/CSAB norms. For NRI/FS candidates, selection will be based on the marks obtained in Class 12 or equivalent. BIT Mesra is a deemed university situated in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Hi, Fees structure: 2.85 Lacs (1st Year Fees). BIT Mesra B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Arch Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for admission in B.E/B.Tech/B.Arch at BIT Mesra, a candidate should fulfill the minimum requirements.
