In private colleges, you can get admission. In state governed colleges, you can also get that but getting central governed colleges it will be difficult for you to get that.

Yes, it is a bit risky now, as you have to score above 50% in MA (as you don't have it in BA) for getting admission in B.Ed. If you talk about possibilities, yes it is possible to do Master's degree through distance (as you want better marks), and then do a regular B.Ed. I have few friends who are doing so at present, it is absolutely alright. Now, whether you should do Masters through regular or distance mode is entirely up to you. It is definitely difficult to score high through regular mode, but it also inculcates better learning. All the best.
