The RIIM - Arihant Group of Institutes provides a variety of specialisations for its MBA, PGDM, and MDP progrmas. The college also provides its students with a one-month long module called International Business Exposure. The college now provides a 500+ hour Advanced Employability & Leadership Development programme in addition to these courses. Additionally, it offers certificate modules for courses in SAP, Business Analytics, and Digital Marketing.

No, RIIM Pune does not offer any part-time programmes. All the programmes offered by the institute are in full-time mode.
