Indian students are not required to submit a separate application for International student scholarships at Rutgers New Brunswick. The university automatically considers them for the same. 

However, for most other merit-based financial aids at Rutgers, the deadline to apply is Dec 1, 2026.

Yes, students can change their programme at Rutgers New Brunswick pending an approval from Rutger's Admission Office.

To apply for a change of program, students need to submit an online change of program/degree/concentration form to Office of Admissions.

You are also advised to consult the academic advisor at Rutgers, before going through with the same.

Yes, Rutgers Uni allows students to pay their tuition costs in monthly payments via the RUTPP. There is a USD 55 (INR 5.3 K) fee to enroll in semester plans, and a USD 65 (INR 6.3 K) fee to enroll in the annual installment plans. 

Partial Payment plan for fall/spring involves paying 50% of the balance plus USD 25 (INR 2.4 K) by the due date. The remaining balance split into two subsequent payments.
