Boston Uni is located in the U.S. It has three campuses. The two campuses of BU are located in the heart of Boston. The main campus is located along the Charles River. The Medical Campus of BU is situated in Boston's south end neighborhood. For enjoying the campus life at BU, students can check out 500+ student clubs and take part in the athletics.

There is a specified time for which international students should accept the Boston University offer by paying an enrollment fee. 

If an Indian applicant has received an offer for the UG level at Boston University, they should be able to accept it by May 1, 2026, for Regular Decision.

For Early Decision admissions, the offer acceptance deadlines are generally in December and February.

The Fall intake starting in the months of August and September is considered the most popular and the primary intake for most of the Boston University programs at UG and PG levels. Look at the pointers given below - 

  • The widest range of courses is offered in this intake which is the reason behind it's popularity. Additionally, it is also popular because of it full alignment with the academic year. 
  • There is also a better chance of part-time jobs as well.

Once an international student has applied for to Boston University admissions, the admission decisions are generally released in late March to Early April every year for the Regular decision admissions.

To give a rough idea, for early decision applications (UG), the students can apply by Nov 1, 2026, and the decision deadline will be by mid-December. And for Early Decision 2, the students can apply by Jan 5 (in general) and the students may hear back from the university by Feb 15

Also, in Times Higher rankingsm BU ranks at #76 in 2026. Globally, Boston Uni ranks among the Top 100 Universities in the latest rankings.
