Scholarship deadlines at Columbia University vary for different financial aid programs. Most scholarship applications at Columbia Uni in New York are submitted in Early April.
However, some scholarships also accept applications later during the year. For MBA, Indian students can apply for Columbia University scholarships by Oct 15, 2026.

Yes, Indian students can pay the Columbia University fees in monthly installments. The fees can be paid in 5 monthly payments per semester (Fall or Spring) or 10 monthly payments over the year.
Students can pay via Automatic bank payment (ACH). Fees will be deducted on the 5th of every month from the bank account authorized at the time of sign-up.
Fees cannot be paid installments using wire transfer or a foreign bank account.

In Times Higher Education ranking, UBC ranking is #45 in 2026. A few of the subject rankings in THE rankings are #52 for Arts and Humanities, #36 for Business and Economics, #31 for Medical and Health, #46 for Engineering in 2026. In the QS rankings, UBC is ranked at #40 in 2026.

The University of British Columbia can be competitive for courses at certain levels like UG and PG. The overall UBC acceptance rate is around 52% but this admission rate varies a lot for both levels.
For the years 2024-25, the UG acceptance rate is 63% which is very different from UBC postgraduate courses as it is 28%. This means that this university is more selective when it comes to Masters level.
