Before answering this, need to understand what strategic marketing is and what communication is. Yes for sure, marketing as a major in which you will have subjects related to international business. Also, you can select minor as a finance, operations or HR as per your wish.

No, this institute does not have any ranking and this is a private university established in 2010. When you do an MBA it should be from top 50 institutes as there is no point in doing it beyond that as it will. Neither able to fetch recruitment nor a good package.

Yes, you can get a job in marketing field after completing MBA in finance or HR. But I would suggest you come up with a convincing answer to questions like, why did you opt for MBA in HR/finance if you were interested in marketing?

You may get an entry level job in either marketing or in HR such as HR coordinator, recruitment executive, training coordinator, social media hiring in HR side and as a content writer, marketing assistant, marketing research executive, public relation executive, brand executive. the average salary you may expect is 15K unless your college is well reputed like FMS, Shaheed Sukhdev College Delhi, NMIMS, Symbiosis, NM College, KJ Somaiya College, Sydenham college, St Xavier's College, etc.
