You can prefer IMS Ghajiabad or IMT Ghajiabad. Both are good. Coming to fee point of you, you can apply for an educational loan from any bank in order to get admission in those institutes. It is also easy. If not, prefer under IP university colleges. Further, in Delhi area with 2-3 lakh of budget, we cannot find you institutions except under IP University.

XISS, Ranchi offer different specializations. Amongst them, marketing is also one of the one. Marketing specialisation has received the following package last year like-
Highest package is Rs.7.25 LPA,
Average is 4.50 LPA,
Minimum is 3.25 LPA.

Normally 50% marks in graduation is the eligibility criteria for admissions in MBA. There are many good institutes offering MBA in Mumbai, Pune. However, it is out of place to name certain colleges. Rather, I would advise you to go to the Shiksha portal for required information. You will find a host of other useful information too.

Normally, a student will opt for the specialisation in MBA on the basis of his subjects in UG. If you are a B.Com graduate, prefer finance, if your graduation is B.Sc., go for finance, operations, marketing, or HR.
