You are not eligible for MBA if you are from open category. You need to have minimum 50% in graduation, however you may start job right now and do part time or distance MBA after 2 years of experience.

You may not find it easy to become manager with education of only 12th and Digital Marketing courses. You will have to earn minimum a graduation degree to become a manager and long term career growth.

If PGDM of MIT School of Telecom Management is approved as equivalent to MBA by AIU then only you are eligible to seek admission in PhD in UGC recognized universities. You may check with your college about AIU equivalence of PGDM course to MBA.
