It all depends on your interest, passion, etc. Both specialisations give job satisfaction. Salary is good for both jobs if you do it in the right manner. Therefore, it does not matter if you do MBA in HR or MBA in marketing, whatever you choose, choose it wisely.

MBA in digital Marketing has better scope and good future than personal relation. The pay scale is also good in Digital Marketing. The world is moving towards digitisation. So, definitely, this has better scope and since you are an extrovert, it will suit your skills also.
