Everything depends on your goals. What you want to do, what type of work, etc. are the questions you need to be asking yourself. Decide the course of action once you are clear with your plans. You must also convey your plans very clearly to the universities. You may look forward for another MBA or MS in a more specialized field. I don't think this platform has job search options, you can check job portals, if you find suitable vacancies then start applying.
