While this is totally selective and depends upon individual interest and Plan to pursue his/her career in particular domain. Still I would say MBA in marketing will be preferred considering following points:
There are more marketing jobs considering Indian market compared to International business jobs. No of colleges giving International business degree are small, which certainly means competition will be more. Choosing marketing domain wouldn't restrict you to a certain area rather you will wide field to explore. I will advise you to choose MBA in International Business. The MBA in IB person can join the international market department of the companies, international placement offices, import and export departments of companies, global shipping companies, global tourism sector, international consultancy firms and international logistics & courier companies.

That totally depends on your interest, skill set and long term goals. No particular specialisation can be good for every single individual. Had it been the case, every private institute would have offered that one specialisation only and every student would have opted for that same. My personal suggestion is Marketing and finance are best one. It's play a major role in business and whatever. It will be advisable if you do your degree from a well known university and that provides prime placement opportunity, outstanding exposure and professional enhancement training.
