It depends upon your marks in your degree in the related subject or elective you are willing to opt for. If you are not from a background of commerce you have to choose based on your easy subject you will find in the first year of your MBA . So according to that you can choose any elective from marketing hr or finance

Yes, being a PCB student you can get the course whichever you wish for except for engineering in some fields and agriculture is a very good option you should get ahead.

Of course you can. You can do MBA degree no matter who you are- an engineer, lawyer, journalist, writer or as you said hotel management student. After graduation, you can do MBA in hotel management or hospitality management as well. If you are in the food production department, you can do culinary management or kitchen management. Then there are those traditional specializations like marketing, finance, human resources, product management, operations management etc.

Yes you need some amount of communication skill in any branch after MBA whether it is marketing or finance or operation or gen man role you need communication skill without communication skill you can't convey your idea to other but the good part is it is easy to develop a basic communication skill you don't need to be an exceptional communication skill you just need a baseline skill join toastmaster to improve your skill and about finance it is a numbers game but not involve math from your 10th or 12th standard you need analytical skill hope it will help you thanks.
