Anybody who has scores more than 50% in graduation is eligible for doing MBA in any stream. so if you have 55% you are eligible for doing MBA.
There are various colleges from where a person can do MBA but will suggest you IPS Business School, Jaipur for the simple reason that it focuses equally on classroom learning and corporate learning in their entire two years course. Also various activities ultimately is related to their enhancement of employability skills. The fee structure is highly moderate which makes it a complete ROI program.

Top Indian b scholl has cutt off of above 650 for GMAT and foreign University has 700 and above. It also depend which type of MBA you wish to pursue. Your profile is also important other than GMAT score. In india you can try -

Location is not of much importance in case of online MBA. Brand value of college and quality of education is more important. It also depend on which type of MBA you wish to pursue. For e. g online MBA in health can be pursued from BITS Pilani. Firstly you need to be clear about the type of MBA. So choosing online MBA college depend on MBA course.
