Getting SAP training is always helpful.
Salary and package depends on many criteria i.e. job location, experience, company etc. SAP training comes with functional and development module training. Salary package after completing development module is higher than functional.

Being a Graduate, you should go for a Masters Degree course. Management studies will help you improve different Skills which is very much required now days to get better opportunities.
