Both pharmacovigilance and SAS are good courses but are incomparable. Both the courses have different scopes and good career prospects. So, it would be better you go by your interest.

Yes, you can go for part-time mode such as weekend classes that's how most of the people go for and mostly the classes are available in weekend batches only. Moreover, if you can spend a good amount of money you can go with SAS institute as they provide certification as well for the same. Please don't forget to hit like if you liked the response

It totally depends on your educational background and your area of interest if you are good at maths, statistics or analytical skills definitely you should go for SAS whereas, in SAP there are different modules so depending on your educational background you can opt for it. You can search for institutes which provide SAS base course I know few of those such as analytics lab, simplilearn and PST analytics.

If you are good in statistics and calculations then SAS has tremendous opportunities in data mining, analytics and data science. If you like finding bugs in a software then you go for software testing.

The duration of SAS is about a month, moreover, it depends on schedules as per weekdays or weekends and SAS advanced should take about 40 days and the fee for SAS in 3rd party institutes is around 20k for base SAS and for SAS institutes it is 55k.
