According to me, SAS has more opportunities at freshers level, so you can get opportunities to work as a trainee with MNCs whereas in SAP it's a bit difficult to enter at freshers level. Secondly, it totally depends on your interest what kind of technology drives you more.

You can go for Analytix Labs as it has good and well experienced IITians as faculties.
