You can take your SAT. Where do you want to study? Not every country requires the SAT. So, first, you decide what and where to study and then consider taking the SAT.

To study Bachelor degree in USA, you must take the SAT or ACT and TOEFL. If you don't plan to take these tests, you are not eligible to study in the States. You have to start the admission process a year ahead of the admission season. So, prepare accordingly and apply accordingly.

Both are entirely different tests. SAT is more of aptitude abd reasoning test while JEE is for engineering programs. Yes, the JEE preparation will only help you with the mathematics section but not wholly as the formats are different.

You have to apply to the universities through common app or individually. Your SAT/ACT scores are sent directly by the respective agencies. With your application you will be required to submit your high school transcript, letter of recommendations from principal/counselor and teacher, an essay or Statement of purpose, etc.

SAT can be given anytime after 10th as the scores are valid for 5 years and the best of the scores are taken by the universities automatically from college board if you have taken it more than once. It happens 6 times in a year. You may check all the details of registration and test dates.
