You can do that, but it is not advisable. You should ideally take the subject test after your course is completed. Whereas, the general test can be taken anytime.

Hi,
The information is available on MIT website. In addition to the general SAT, you must take SAT subject tests in level 1 or level 2 mathematics and at least one science subject either in physics, chemistry or biology. You should take physics subject test and either one of the mathematics test.

The application process should start a year before the planned intake. You must finish the application submission by 2017 latest by December, 2017 depending on university websites. The admission windows will open after July/August 2017. You must keep checking university websites for updates.
You can take SAT and TOEFL either during class 11th or before your boards. It shouldn't hamper your board exams, so schedule wisely. You can also apply to colleges, while in the final semester.

Hi,
No, with this score you can't get a English proficiency waiver, as per the guidelines of the universities you should have at least 700 in CR part, so that you can show the university that you don't require TOEFL/IELTS. UIC is a good university, even I had applied to it and didn't receive an English proficiency waiver, so what I will recommend is give TOEFL to be on the safer side and if you want a smooth admission process.
All the best!

Hey Deep,
US admission process is holistic, nothing particular can assure you admission in US universities, they will look at your whole profile not just 12th marks but all the high school marks viz. 9th,10th,11th and 12th marks with your SAT and TOEFL marks and your ECs. So, you see this is a bit complicated process. Scoring high grades in SAT or 12th will not ensure you admission in the universities. You have to maintain your whole profile and show the university that you deserve the admission.
I hope you got me.
