Hi Raj,
It is difficult to mention names randomly. It is not just the SAT score but an applicant's overall package which is counted. You must check university websites and see the accepted SAT scores.

Hi Goursishankar,
Admission decisions are not taken by us. It lies on the admission authorities of a particular institute. If you can demonstrate superior research and innovative skills, high level of intellect then chances of admissions are good.
Admissions are based on a number of factors and having a good SAT alone won't help. After all we are talking about MIT here. Having said that, will encourage you to apply, you never know what skills you might have got which may be noticed by the admission officers. Apply timely.
Good luck to you.

Hello Tushar,
There are standardized tests you must clear to study abroad, SAT is for undergraduate degree in USA to be precise. TOEFL is the test for proficiency in English language, you would require to demonstrate sufficient English language skills to adjust in an English speaking environment.
SAT commonly is taken by high school students, however there is no eligibility criteria for these tests. You can appear for them, whenever you are ready.

SAT scores are not mandatory for international students, however strongly recommended for freshman students. Taking the SAT will strengthen your profile, increase your admission chances and also the visa possibility.
