Students of IGNOU can collect the scholarship forms from the Directorate of Social Welfare (DSE) or the office of the Social Welfare Officer (SWO) in their state, fill them out, and submit them to the Regional Director at the Regional Centre where they are admitted/registered for the programme. In the next step, the Regional Director will then certify the forms. After certification, the students can collect the forms from the Regional Centre and resubmit them to the Social Welfare Officer or Directorate of Social Welfare in their state for scholarship or reimbursement of programme fees.
