Yes, IIT BHU offers Merit-cum-Means scholarships to 25% undergraduate students. Besides, there are several endowment scholarships offered by the Institute. Some other facilities are also provided to undergraduate students in the form of Institute free studentship, scholarships, reimbursement of mess charges and pocket allowances to the students belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. All the students (non-sponsored) admitted to M.Tech or MPharm programmes are provided financial assistance equivalent to the Junior Research Fellowships. Candidates whose parents are in Defence services and the candidates who have appeared in any state/ national level entrance exams are offered an additional 10% scholarship. These NIMS University Jaipur scholarships are applicable over and above the scholarship earned on the Merit-basis, except for those who have earned 100% and the scholarship earned on the basis of Common Scholarship cum Entrance Examinations.

No, the NIMS University scholarships are applicable to the first-year tuition fees only. Further, candidates pursuing PhD, Diploma in Paramedical, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Architecture programmes are not eligible for any scholarship offered by the University.
