Admissions are done on the basis of AKTU counselling only. You may get a good environment there but it does not exist in overall top 50 colleges. AKTU has the most boring syllabus, even if it is not updated at all. My advice is to go for any other private college in Delhi or Noida.

You can also enjoy the activities which are in the syllabus. The institution also provides a better platform for promoting the development skills as required for the best future of a student. I feel that this is one of the best institutions for architecture.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is well and good. Most of the buildings are painted in blue with orange and white. This makes the students an aesthetically attractive. Large corridors and huge auditorium also bring a unique view of the institution. It is a well-planned college campus.

It is not possible to take admission in any of the SPA or JJ School of Architecture with the present score. So, you have to go with private colleges.
