MBA is better over PGDM since it’s a degree course and holds validity all across the nation. Moreover the fee of an MBA course is affordable as compared to PGDM which makes it even more worthy. MBA is a value for money course if we compare the amount we invest and the salary package a student secures after MBA. Lastly, the trends of placements have also proved that majority of the recruiters prefer MBA degrees over PGDM diplomas.

So, if we talk about placement, Jaipuria institute of Management, Ghaziabad offered best placement among the various B-Schools. Almost 60% of the students get placed in third semester and rest of the students get placement offer in 4th semester. So it provides the best ROI. This year i.e. 2019, the highest package offered was 12.4 lacs per annum. Federal Bank, Jaro education, Extramarks, Spandana and many other companies visited the campus.
