No, it can be observed that studying BSc in Computer Science in India can be quite affordable as most of the colleges have an average tuition fee of less than INR 1 lakh.

Jadavpur University offers a 4 years B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering course at the UG level. The total tuition fee for this course at Jadavpur university is INR 20840 for the entire duration of the course. Apart from the tuition fee, students are also required to pay a hostel fee of INR 1200.
As of now there are 86 seats in total for CSE in jadavpur University.

According to TNGASA, admission forms for UG courses, such as B.Sc computer science were out from 06.05.2024 to 24.05.2024 and now it has ended.
