If you are a Science Student, then your first priority should be to go for B.Tech in CSE/IT. If you can get admission into B.Tech, then you should definitely pursue B.Tech without giving it a second thought. And, if you aren't eligible for B.Tech, then BCA is also a good course to pursue and enter into IT Industry. For admission into BCA you need to score at least 45% in your +2, if you can score and meet this criteria then you can get admission very easily. The scope of any course depends upon the caliber of the candidate.

Candidate must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised state or central board with at least 50% (40% to 45% for reserved category candidates) of the marks with physics, chemistry, and mathematics/biology as the major subjects of study.
