Yes! You can apply for MSc in Food Science!
After completing BSc in Chemistry, you can apply for MSc in food science! The eligibility criteria for MSc in food science is that candidate have to qualify BSc with at least 50%!

As your scores are descent, you can apply for private colleges as you might not get seat in the government colleges, you can apply for Amity University, LPU, etc. for the admission.
