1. The placement drives at RGIITB are geared more toward IT/computing positions, where BCA students have an advantage, because the institute is primarily focused on technology and science.

2. Prominent recruiters at RGIITB, such as TCS, Infosys, and Accenture, primarily select candidates for technical roles where BCA graduates outperform BBA graduates.

3. BCA students appear to receive higher average and the highest salary packages—roughly 18–20 LPA and 4.5–6 LPA, respectively—than BBA students, who receive salary packages of 14–16 LPA and 3.5–4.5 LPA, respectively.

4. In addition to RGIITB Batch size matters. There are more opportunities for BCA graduates since the BCA batch has about 100 students, compared to 60–70 in the BBA batch.  

5. According to the most recent reports, RGIITB's BCA placement percentage is over 85%, whereas BBA placement typically falls between 70 and 80%.

In summary, because of the technical and IT-focused job profiles and companies, BCA does appear to offer somewhat better placement opportunities. But RGIITB also places BBA students fairly, thanks to its solid industry connections. 

Both B.Sc. in Avionics and B.Sc. in Aeronautics (Mechanical) are offered by Wingsss College of Aviation Technology as undergraduate degree programs that focus on the study of Aeronautics, Aviation Technology, and overall aircraft structure. The difference between the two streams is that Avionics focuses on the electrical and electronic systems of an aircraft, while Mechanical focuses on the engineering physics and materials Science principles to design, analyze, manufacture, and maintain mechanical systems of an aircraft.
However, Avionics has a better career scope than Mechanical, as it includes more opportunities in areas such as Traffic Control, Antenna Maintenance, Control Displays, Aircraft Lighting System, Communication, Navigation System, Weather assistance, Flight safety, Broadcasting related to Aviation, Aeronautical Information Services, etc. The course is highly specialised and much different and better than traditional B.E or B.Tech program.

Cut-off not yet announced: The official BBA cut-off for the forthcoming intake has not been announced by TSLAS. Anticipate it in June or July.

• For B.Tech DY Patil Agriculture and Technical University offers 10 Courses. Whereas, Sanjay Ghodawat University offers 16 courses.
