Yes, you can get the admission without entrance exam in the B.Sc. College of Nursing. You can get admission in the Private institute in the B.Sc.

The minimum educational requirements shall be passing of Higher Secondary School certificate examination (12 Year Course) Or
Senior School Certificate Examination (10 +2), Pre-degree Examinations (10 +2) Or
An equivalent with 12 Years Schooling from a Recognized Board or University with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and English with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks.

As per Indian Nursing Council norms, the candidates should have passed +2 class with 12 years of school-ship with 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English as per the norms of Kerala University of Health.
As you've got a good percentage, you can definitely get admission.

Yes, but that is not required. If you do DMLT then you can start working as an medical lab technician whereas after doing B.Sc. MLT you may find better opportunities with organisations like Metropolis, Dr. Lal's path LAb, Thyrocare, sRL and other good hospitals
Please note, B.Sc. MLT does not make you pathologist. You may open a lab but you need to appoint a full time MD Pathologist

There are very low chances of getting government seat in agriculture or veterinary with 12k rank but if you have farmer quota you might have chances of getting government seat.
