From my point of view it would be really difficult for a person who has only studied mathematical methods for a semester to be admissioned in IIT Bombay for M.Sc in Physics. Still apply for the course. But to study M.Sc in Physics that too in a college like IIT Bombay one should have atleast a 2 yeared core subject as Maths. Moreover even if you get a chance to study physics it would be quite difficult for you to cope up with the subject.

You can fill the fresh choices again and go for 2nd round of counseling, as there are high chances of getting a seat as almost 40% of candidates don't join and would be opting for a government college in their state round.
Those who are not allotted seat in the first round but are already registered need not re-register or pay again for the second round. For rest of the candidates, new registration facility will be available. The choices submitted in the first round will be treated as null and void and fresh choices will have to be made for seat allotment in the second round.

University provides 70-80% placements to the students so that a student can get a job. The CUET score for B.Tech at sarala birls university is determineds by the candidate performance and also students has taken the exam. So many students gonna write the exam and there is a certain thing, like reserved category. If reserved candidate scored same as the normal candidate, the reserved candidate has high chances for making entry in sarala birla univetrsity so the CUET score depend upon the candidates.
