The usual stipend is 8,000 rupees per month under the UGC Non-NET Fellowship. Some universities may offer a bit more through their own internal fellowships, but it depends on the institution and available funding. Private or research-focused universities sometimes provide higher stipends, but that's not very common. So, unless you're funded through a project or internal scheme, INR 8,000/month is the standard.

Yes, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IPU) does accept CUET (Common University Entrance Test) scores for some undergraduate programs. For admission to Delhi University (DU) through CUET, candidates need to register on the DU CSAS portal after taking the CUET exam and declaring their results.
IPU has started accepting CUET scores for some of its undergraduate programs.
Candidates need to register on the IPU admission website and fill out the counselling form, after the CUET results are declared.
Merit lists are prepared based on the CUET scores, and candidates are shortlisted for counselling.
