No a GATE score is optional. TS PGECET can be also used to secure admission to M.Tech at Vignans Foundation for Science, Technology and Research. The candidates should have requirements of graduation. Both the two entrance tests are enough to apply.

Admission into M.Tech can be done using TS PGECET/GATE scores. After the declaration of results, apply to counselling and make Vignans Foundation for Science, Technology and Research as a preference.
