As the university NSOU is imparting the distance learning courses , yes you can do so. I recommend you to check the site and dates for the course you want to do.

You have to take readmission based on 12th results. Apply to colleges you want to go for. Lot of students do that, it is not unusual. However whenever you are doing so you should confident that you want to go for arts only.

Hello since the situation is not good government is rethinking examination of class 12 though date sheet can be available at CBSE website but still petition has been filled by parents to cancel in july because of situation. So evaluation can be based on internal assessment and pre board marks. Still there is no official statement. Be touch with CBSE website. www.cbse.nic.in

First of all both the courses are equally good and have their respective scope. As per difference is concerned so the majority of the difference is in syllabus, B.Tech is having a rich variety of concepts while on the other hand B.Sc. Is having less variety of concepts in their course curriculum. Finally if I talk about the current scenario of the market, so many big firms does not care about your degree whether you have done B.Sc. Or B.Tech, what they want that how much tech skills you possess in your self and how you handle their projects that is important for them. So that's you can't say about which course among give you a good sal
