Hi bikram. The appearing candidate should have cleared Senior Secondary School Examination of CBSE or any other class 12 equivalent examination from any board/recognised institute, university. Candidates belonging to general category should have secured a minimum of 60% in class 12.
1- Nationality: Candidate must be a citizen of India
2- Academic Qualification:
Every candidate, in order to apply for the DU JAT 2020 exam must have qualified/cleared Class 12 examination of any board/university exam in India or in any foreign country exam recognised as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU)

Late admission is only possible, if they have some seats left, due to few students who cancel their admission. Now late admission is a risk, which should be avoided. If you are thinking some other college and you want to wait for that, than pay the min. Admission fees, mostly it is refundable. However would advise you to elaborate your question more.

Sir your son has scored a little bit less percentage as per today demands of colleges but yes still he can do cyber security specialisation from the university which offers this course. As every college has its own criteria for eligibilty for admissions so you can contact or download the college's brochure.

You should go for B.Sc. IT or B.Tech IT as it includes all the courses for which you are looking for to get specializations in cyber security. You can opt for Poornima University as it has B.Tech with CS in dual specialisation with cloud technology and information security. Also it has B.Sc. In Information security.
