Generally, after B.Com and B.Ed an individual is eligible to teach English and social Science students because these subjects you got in B.Ed while pursuing internship in B.Ed. If school permits you to teach other subjects it will be great opportunity for you. You can teach if you have knowledge in other subjects.

No you can not pursue the M.Tech Biotechnology course after B.Sc. Botany. The basic eligibility criteria of M.Tech Biotechnology is given below. Eligibility criteria : Pass with 60% aggregate marks in B.E. Or B.Tech. (Biotechnology) or B. Pharmacy or M.Sc. (Biosciences) or equivalent.
