Yes, the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI)—also known as Pusa Institute—is a deemed-to-be university under UGC, directly administered by ICAR .IARI is officially listed as one of the four ICAR-accredited deemed universities, which means its postgraduate programmes—including M.Sc.
