That depends on whether your college has a tie-up with Kota University. Lateral entries are only permitted when there is a tie-up with your college and the target university. You should check with the admissions department whether transfers are permitted in the 2nd year from Udaipur university to Kota University.

You will be eligible for a Masters only if you clear your backlogs in biotechnology as most colleges do not accept a candidate for Masters if they have backlogs in their past academia. There are many Masters courses which you can study after completing your Bachelors. Some of the popular courses are:
1) M.Sc
2) M.Tech
3) MCA
4) MBA
5) UPSC (Civil Services)

Yes, you would need to take Maths for this course, according to what I read from the official website. They've quoted that a 10+2 background student can finish this course in 4 years and a graduate can complete it in 2-3 years. Both of them would require a math/science background for applying to this.

If you failed in your board exams, you might have to appear for compartment exams. If these are regular school exams you should wait for the next opportunity to appear for exams, to better your score. You can appeal to the concerned authorities in your school and ask them if they can give you another chance to appear for the exams.
