Hello Ravi,
Why you want to waste four years minimum in doing B.Tech? I would advise you to obtain additional qualifications like some certificate courses or MBA or PG diploma that would give you a leg up in your present job. You of course have an option to do AMIE that is equivalent to B.Tech.

B.Sc, BHM, BA and BBA these are the four different degrees that you might get after graduating from a hotel school. There is no such difference between B.Sc and BHM.
