Yes, candidates can get admission in BSc at BIT Mesra without BITCHEM test. JEE/NEET (UG)/CUCET qualified candidates will be exempted from the online BITCHEM test. The final merit list will be based on academic (Class 10 and Class 12) scores and interview marks.

The official Delhi University CSAS admission schedule confirms that the First Seat Allocation List (cutoff) will be declared on July 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Following this, candidates must accept their seats by July 18, then SSCBS will complete online document verifications by July 20. If candidates are looking for following dates, the Second Allocation List is scheduled to be published on July 25, 2026.

To be eligible for the SSCBS BSc final merit ranking, candidates must choose one Language from List A + Mathematics or Applied Mathematics + Any two domain subjects. Out of the two domain subjects they pick, at least one must be from the primary List B1 given by DU. Candidates should note that they can only sit for those specific subjects in CUET that they have officially cleared in Class 12.
