B.Sc in Physiotherapy is an undergraduate course in science. The duration of the course is 3 to 4 years (depending on the University that offers the course). 1) Apply for universities which are ranked lower. Some universities will accept you but you will have to take some extra courses in English in the first year.
2) Take TOEFL or IELTS again with more preparation to get a better score.

After Bachelors degree in these fields it's very difficult to get job in foreign countries but if you plan for further education and perform extremely well in your study and research then you can apply for job. According to me you should focus on study up to Masters and PhD if you are interested for research based education.
