Admission requirements are different with universities. To study in US you must take the GRE. Admission will depend on your profile too. Competitive universities will hesitate to accept backlogs but as mentioned your overall profile will matter.You have to visit university websites and try to contact them via email before applying.

Below 50% is not accepted. A poor ranking university can admit you but visa chances are low. In general, you must be qualified to study abroad and 49% is not an acceptable score.

Velocity = frequency*wavelength.(I)
In this question,
Frequency = 320Hz
Wavelength= 0.25m
Therefore putting values in equation I
Velocity= 320*0.25 = 80m/sec
Now we know that
Distance=Speed*Time
Time = 10sec
Distance travelled by sound = 80m/sec*10sec = 800m

Length of Rectangular Plot (L) = 3x
Breadth of Rectangular Plot (B) = 2x
We know that,
Perimeter of Rectangular Plot= 2(L+B)
Therefore, 2(3x+2x) = 3m 80cm= 380cm
2*5x = 380cm
10x= 380cm
x= 38cm
Length= 3x=3x38=114cm= 1m 14cm
Breadth= 2x=2x38=76cm
