Both the courses are good. After completing MBA, you can go for executive positions in corporate organizations. Law offer great opportunities like legal officer, company secretary positions, etc.

Biotechnology is offered as B.Sc and B.Tech both by various universities and institutes like IITs, BITs, BHU, VIT, MIT, etc. and they require maths and bio both in most of them so take a look here and choose:

No, sorry to say, based on last year cutoff, better to try another time or take other exams to enter into PUMBA or you can apply to other colleges in Pune like Indira Group, Balaji Group, DY Patil, etc.

Hi,
If you have GATE score card and scored more than 70% in B.Tech, then look for direct PhD physics from IIT, Guwahati. You may go with integrated PhD in Physics (Masters + PhD) from IISc cracking an entrance exam conducted by them, provided for appearing in the test minimum eligibility for B.Tech is 55% marks. You may find some other institutions for fulfilling your aspiration in physics.
