The Bhubaneswar-based Pandit Nilakantha College of Library & Information Science is a well-known institution providing focused training in library information science. While this particular college is appreciated in the vicinity, it may not be as popular as other bigger colleges in Bhubaneswar. Good education is provided with the help of a skilled teaching staff and relevant coursework. Yet, it can be counted as “the best” or not – depends on personal preferences and career aspirations. 

Jaya College of Arts and Science, located in Tamil Nadu, has provided several campus facilities focused on improving the learning environment.
