You do not have to pursue any additional course along with Bachelors in Visual Arts. Fine Arts is, theoretically at least, a broad category. However, in order to use it for anything except painting, sculpting or working as a consultant or in an art gallery or museum, then you would probably have to add some other kinds of courses, or even degrees. In fact, even to work at a high level in a museum requires further study in that field.

I am doubtful if you will have placement opportunities from anywhere after completing Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication (BJMC) because only exceptional cases get through media jobs after completing their BJMC course from a college in India. What I suggest is that one should start preparing for postgraduate colleges of Journalism as soon as they enter the third year of their graduation college.
