I think NFTI is a better option, as it offers good placements like Indigo, which offer good amount of money (INR 30 Lac per annum) in starting.

CLAT 2018 shall be conducted in online mode where the paper will have 200 questions from five different subjects including English (Comprehension), General Knowledge & Current Affairs, Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability), Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.

Although Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts has good infrastructure and on-campus facilities, however placements for this college is not rated too well. The placement cell does not take steps necessary to facilitate placement drives on campus. Many students do not get placed, which is one of the main objectives to go to college; to get a good job. This purpose is defeated if one is studying at Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts. Students and alumni from this college have not given positive reviews regarding the faculty at the institute, who they say do not have in -depth knowledge about their subjects.

Anna University comprises of dedicated schools which offer B.Arch courses to its students. It has world class laboratories, spacious auditoriums, well-equipped library and so on. College of engineering-Trivandrum is one of the top colleges in Kerala having good placements, infrastructure and faculty. Top companies which visit this college offer high pay packets to the students. Most of the students are placed with high pay packages all over the world.
This college has better infrastructure than other colleges in Kerala. Moreover, yearly fees is on the lower side which helps students from lower economic backgrounds pursue a course from this college. On the other hand, Rizvi College of Architecture has a high fee structure which limits admission to students with considerably higher family income.
