1. One should have completed law and should be enrolled with the State bar Council.
2. There is no limit to the number of times you can appear for AIBE.
3. Clearing AIBE is a pre-requisite to sit for judiciary exams.

Absolutely yes, you can surely pursue a course in Economics after class 12th depending on the college you wish to get into.
Eligibility-
The minimum criterion of eligibility needed to be met for admission to the course is a 10+2 or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute/ university with a minimum aggregate score of 50 (mathematics being a must). Banaras Hindu University is a good university for BA course. Its entrance is BHU UET. Actually it is quite a simple exam to clear but sometimes students commit some mistakes.
