Hi Dear,
In my opinion, if you pass CCNA you have a good chance of becoming a field technician, say you have a good score in engineering degree and have none of these certifications, you can still end up as a programmer in good companies. These certifications are good to have, CCIE being one of the toughest and ranks higher in this ladder will even make you a designer for major networks that are the backbone of the internet. In government organisations, they never hire directly. They hire from contractors and other companies. Contractors appoint their employees to government organisations. Many times government organisations takes their contractors and employees for their work on a fixed salary. Government. organisations hire IT engineer on based on their technical degree. They hire IT post employees on the basis of exam but they must have technical degree like B.Tech or BE, or BCA and MCA.
