Yes, it is a crucial fact that now the IT students are showing unwillingness to join the companies like TCS, Infosys, and Accenture as a part of mass recruiting. The following could be the possible reason:
(#) Now, the IT students want to choose the field and specialize in it. In the companies like TCS and Infosys, they hire the IT graduates in bulk. Hence, some of the IT students may not get the desired designation. And thus, they find it difficult to adapt in that culture.
(#) In bulk recruitment, there is no individual growth. Company finds very hard to monitor over the performance of every individual and so, individual development is almost negligible. This is also the biggest reason that IT students are not considering Mass recruiters as their job destination.
Apart from that, various factors like salary, ethical & work culture etc. are the reasons due which the IT students are not going to Mass recruiters.

The very first step is to select your desired college. To do the right preparation, you first need to understand the pattern of your exam. It is an online exam, so you have to practice the question online, so that you may feel comfortable while attempting the questions. Total question will be 50 and total time duration for the exam is 90 minutes. It means 1 minute 8 seconds for every questions. Hence, try to increase your speed for solving the questions, so that you can clear all the questions within the time limit.

Hello,No, the software testing is not a good career for the one who has done his graduation in Electronics and communication engineering. To learn Software Testing, you should learn the programming, coding, HTML, computer languages etc. And, just think of that if you are entering in IT field, then what is the point to do B.Tech in ECE? So, I don't suggest you to go for Software Testing. I would recommend you to go for any core electrical job in any electrical company like Reliance Electrical, Synergy, etc. Here, you cannot just apply your theoretical knowledge, but also you can explore the further path in which you have to move on. However, as a fresher, if you want to make your resume heavier, and if you want to earn handsome money in the beginning, then you may give a chance to software Testing. In fact, you can do that in part time. But, your main focus should be on your ECE field.

NoSQL databases have an edge over the conventional relational DBMS.
Some of them are:
1) One doesn't need to know the structure of data beforehand as it is with the RDBMS (requires a fixed schema). The format/data model can be changed anytime without affecting the application driven by the database.
2) Using Hadoop implementations in conjugation with NoSQL database, data could be stored across 1000s of servers( volumes of data which even the biggest RDBMS can't handle). This data can be processed and retrieved really fast.
3) NoSQL databases use clusters of cheap commodity servers to manage the exploding data and transaction volumes, while RDBMS tends to rely on expensive proprietary servers and storage systems.

So, you are confused between if you can go to the ISRO or any space science after BCA, then let me clarify you that you cannot go just after BCA. The reasons are following:
(1) Indian Space Research Organization is the only organization in India which conducts all its space program. To enter in ISRO, you must have at least M.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology. ISRO does not hire the candidates who are only graduates. And if they do then it's a very rare case. So, no chance to get admission there.
(2) ISRO wants the candidates who are specialized with the branches like Aerospace, Aeronautics, Astronautics, Electronics, computer science & IT, Remote sensing & Navigation, Communication, etc. In BCA, you will just get the basic knowledge of Computer Application, BCA is not the stream of core specialization in computer science. So, no chance to go there.
(3) Although, in Space Science Organization, there are huge vacancies for computer science and IT students. But don't ever think to go there with only your graduation degree and no work experience. They do have a ton of weightage on your work experience in a particular field. Through BC, if you can't handle their ultra complex software and programming features. You cannot encrypt the data as they want. So, there are a lot of things which you cannot do with just BCA.
So, I suggest you to do MCA after that from one of the premier institutions and have a lot of experience in any space science or related field. This might help you go get admission in ISRO.

In my opinion, Maharaja College is better than Subodh College. You can consider the below parameters 1) Faculty, 2) Affiliation / Recognition, 3) Course Material, 4) Quality Education, 5) Fees 6) Infrastructure, 7) Success Rate, 8) Placement, 9) Top recruiting companies.
Selection is based on class 12th board's percentage. I scored 64% marks. The cut off for the course was 62% marks in 2011. I opted for this college because, it is an okay college with low fees and it being a government college, so the degree is also valuable. Campus life is good, you have the option to play anything you prefer from basketball to cricket and else. Labs are just good, no debates and related activities. Gender ratios, hostel parties, workshops, cultural societies and tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status - I can't say much about them, but as far as I have seen they are good.
