Well, cyber law is something which is covered under the Information Technology act in India.
There is no difference between the two.
The Act itself deals with the cyber issues including use of a computer and an online platform and causing harm.

Yes, you can admission to any National Law University even if you complete your 12th from NIOS. The procedure for getting admission is quite simple. You fill up the application form for admission to these universities which is basically CLAT (Common Law Admission Test). The exam is held on 2nd Sunday of May. Once you qualify the test, you will be eligible to get an admission in any of these universities based on your rank in the admission test. On a different note, NLU Delhi conducts a test of its own which is different from CLAT. You can fill up that form if you wish to get admission to that university.

Well, scoring a top rank at law entrance exam doesn't have to do anything with your career as such. Also, the ranks in college do not matter. However, you are judged bases on your percentage in your college but believe me that does not declare your abilities.
For a lawyer, you need to know the law well with all details and cases and also, you must be thorough with substantive as well as procedural law and the advocates act of India.
For a successful lawyer, you need to have an articulation capacity of next level and you must be witty enough to handle the case, client and situations.
It is not necessary that a topper can do all.

The college has a placement & guidance cell- Mentor which organizes placement drives annually for the students. There are a number of law firms and corporate firms that take part in this to ensure that law grads from KLE are taken into their organization.
The college ensures that every student participates for the benefit of their own & from there it is the student's credibility that takes them which is how every other college that offers placements work.
Hope this helped.
