There are only a few colleges that offer Law courses in Hindi in India.
To name a few:1. Avadh Law college, Barabanki, UP
2. The Global Open University, Nagaland.
3. National Law Institute of India.
But, as per my suggestion, it will not be beneficial to study law in Hindi medium. Because, if you see so, all the Acts and Legislation are laid down in English and The Constitution itself is a English written document.
So, I would rather suggest you to take up for a Law degree in English and going for a 5-year Law degree will surely help you work on your English.
A 5-year BA/BBA LLB course will definitely prove to be an opportunity to improve on your English, if you find English to be difficult.
Not only this, but a law degree in English, will give you a wider scope in your further areas of studies and open various good career opportunities for you.

The topics that are mostly asked for in the GD and PI at Symbiosis are the contemporary issues i.e. ongoing issues.
For eg., For 2018 interviews topics such as Doklam India China Issue, Rohingya Crisis, India's Foreign Policy, Triple Talaq Judgement, Right To Privacy Judgement, National Anthem Judgement, issues like Gender Equality, LGBT rights and GST are very important.
Basically, during GDs your general awareness is tested.
So, reading newspaper and following burning topics would help you.
Also, the PI is basically opinion based, thus you must have your own conclusions and opinions on topics.
Also, your ideology must be progressive and you must be able to justify what you say and be able to substantiate by citing reasons as well.
So, for PI you must be confident in whatever you say even if it is wrong.
For 2018, the above mentioned topics are important as of now and also do follow the newspaper and recent developments and other incidents that take place and have some relation with law.

See, opting for higher studies and pursuing a job, depends on your own choice and preference.
If you really need a job and do not have time to pursue higher studies, then you may drop the idea of higher studies. But, if you do have time and resources, then I would advise you to please take up higher studies such as LLM or even MBA after LLB is a good option.
Now opting for higher studies shall add up to your qualifications and in turn would fetch you better career prospective and job offers, because candidates having an LLM or MBA or any other qualification apart from just LLB are attractive for recruiters and you are preferred more.
Also, higher studies in itself have a significance of making you more learned and also fetch you better and dynamic knowledge.
If I were to choose, I would have chosen higher studies for I have time and resources for the same and it's a dream for many.
However, you must chose as per your needs.
But, if you do have time and want better career and jobs do pursue higher studies as that would aid in getting promotions as well.

See, opting for higher studies after LLM shall just be a choice based on your ambitions.
However, LLM in itself is sufficient these days to fetch better results for oneself. Even though it is sufficient, but yes having other accolades is an add-on.
You may pursue Doctorate, as well or any other course as you wish.
However, going by the trends, a person having LLM from a good institute in itself is sufficient. Also, freshers are highly preferred these days for the jobs by various law firms and also not much weightage is given for additional qualifications provided you have a good CV of yours.
You could take a job also and you would get one even after completing your LLM .However, going for higher studies shall be a personal choice .Also, it would be an add-on but not a hindrance. If you do have time to study further please do prefer higher studies.

Doctorate in Law is not what every university offers, but I believe NLUs do.
GNLU is one such college that offer this and the panel is one of the best including professors from across Gujarat and other parts .Also, there have been a number of people doing their Ph.D from GNLU.
Also, every traditional university offers this among other Delhi University, Lucknow University, Banaras Hindu University, and Aligarh Muslim University are some very good universities.
Allahabad University could be an option for pursuing Ph.D, as it has been known for a long time now and there have been great lawyers born out of it.
Also, one could go for NLIU, Bhopal or DSNLU or NLU, Jodhpur and even NALSAR for the same.
The crux is opting an NLU would get you better guidance better infrastructure and better appraisal and appreciation. You get the best faculties and study material to work for.
Also JNU Jamia Milia Islamia in Delhi could be an option.

Any law college, however does not specialize as such in real estate /infrastructure laws in India. However, there are colleges, like NLU, GNLU which has specific center dealing with real estate and infrastructure law and, thus you get to learn a lot from there.
Most of the NLUS have various centers under which various certificate courses and training programmes are taken up for that particular law.
For instance, GNLU recently took up a conference on real estate laws.
Also, you could have your subject of specialization as real estate /infrastructure laws in any institute that has a provision for specialization for eg. NLU-Jodhpur, NUSRL-Ranchi, Nirma University etc.
Also, there are no college as such that is specifically meant to deal with Real Estate Laws as such.
There might be a chair /center for the law but not such specialization.
Also, depends on faculty at various institutes you may get one.

Talking of the scope and the reasons why I believe both the two fields of law have a scope in their own fields.
Both, the environmental law and humanitarian law have been a cause of action, and we get to see a number of contemporary issues regarding them for eg. Rohingya crisis these days is one such instance falling within humanitarian law. Also, the smog caused by factories nearby Delhi, falls within Environmental laws.
Also, there have been various known matters with regard to environment taken up by Medha Patkar, while Narmada Bachao Andolan and M.C Mehta also.
Also, for humanitarian laws killing of civilians in Kashmir, surgical strikes etc. fall within the ambit of humanitarian laws.
Thus, there arise a number of issues pertaining to both set of laws.
Also, owing to industrialization as well as globalization, the scope of cause of action arising in both the fields is very likely. It would be a matter of choice for an individual to go for practicing in humanitarian law or environmental law and believe me you would not repent your decision of taking up either of them.
